TradeWin is a backtesting and strategy research tool provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice.

All backtest results are hypothetical and simulated. They do not represent actual trading and have not been verified by any independent third party. Hypothetical performance results have inherent limitations and do not reflect the impact of real-world factors including, but not limited to, market liquidity, slippage, transaction costs, taxes, and psychological factors.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any strategy that performed well in a historical backtest may perform differently — or lose money — in live trading.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using TradeWin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

3. Use of the Platform

You may use TradeWin solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the platform to facilitate or encourage actual financial transactions based solely on backtest results
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
Share your account credentials with third parties
Upload or transmit malicious code or content

4. No Warranty

TradeWin is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate. Market data is provided for backtesting purposes only and may contain errors or gaps.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TradeWin and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including any trading or investment losses made in reliance on backtest results.

6. Account and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from the Account settings page.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
